These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetClients ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
GetClients provides automated social media content for Facebook Pages you connect. We use AI to research topics, draft posts, and publish them to your connected Page(s) according to the schedule and preferences you configure. Forum posting is available on the Agency plan.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for connecting only Facebook Pages that you own or are authorized to manage.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans may include a free trial. After any trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future posting and future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or that violates Facebook's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put connected accounts at risk.
Content Responsibility
While we generate content based on your configured preferences and publicly available information, you are ultimately responsible for the content published to your Pages. You can review, edit, pause, or disconnect at any time. We recommend reviewing your posting settings and history regularly.
Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with Facebook and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the Service.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, reach, or engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
