GetClients gives you two ways to remove your information — a self-service option to disconnect an individual Facebook Page, and a full account-and-data deletion by request.
Option 1: Disconnect a Facebook Page (self-service)
To remove a single Facebook Page and its stored access token without deleting your whole account:
- Log in to your GetClients dashboard.
- Go to Connected Pages.
- Select the Page and choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting a Page immediately stops all posting to it and removes its stored access token from our systems.
Option 2: Delete Your Entire Account and Data
To permanently delete your account and all associated data — including your profile, all connected Facebook Page tokens, posting configuration, and post history — send an email request:
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- We will verify your identity, confirm receipt, and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, credentials).
- All connected Facebook Page information and encrypted access tokens.
- Your posting schedule, topics, persona, and other configuration.
- Your generated and published post history stored by GetClients.
Note: content already published to your Facebook Page remains on Facebook and is under your control on the Page itself. You can remove those posts directly from Facebook. We may retain limited records where required by law or for accounting purposes.
Removing GetClients From Facebook
You can also revoke GetClients' access from Facebook directly at any time: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find GetClients, and remove it.
